Rotarian Paul Hawkins
Paul will be speaking about the Sprint CapTel program which provides free phones for Seniors and hard of hearing folks throughout Arizona. CapTel stands for Captioned Telephone. With a certification by an audiologist or doctor, people can get a free phone which translates voice to text and displays it on the phone's screen, all while still letting you hear the caller directly. Paul will be introducing this program, how it helps people to maximize their social interaction and can improve people's quality of life.
